Childrens Church
Children's Church is an arm of RFP ministries that is dedicated to partnering with parents to lead children to become fully devoted followers of Christ, to raise them into children that are sold out for Christ and to build the next generation for Christ. The arm exists to train, transform and nurture children through the word of God from o years to 12 years old.
This arm helps the children to build a personal relationship with God at an early stage because children are more receptive to the Gospel than any other age group The arm also helps them to love others as they learn the unconditional love of God and help them make new friends who they can grow with into responsible adults as they get trained through the word of God.
In order to cater for specific needs for the children, the Children’s Church is further categorized in 4 age classes as follows: 6 months - 4 years (baby class), 5 - 9 (elementary) and 10 - 12 (early leaders) and the lessons, time frames and activities differ depending on the age range. In order to give the children an exciting experience at the Church, the ministry has spirit filled and passionate teachers who handle the children with utmost care. The classes hold twice every Sunday at 08:00am and 1:30pm at the Headquarters and 1:30pm in all other brances.
Apart from sharing the word of God, the children are exposed to other activities like lessons of the day, memorizing of scriptures, children’s day outs, upcoming glamorous ladies’ meetings, upcoming men of purpose meetings, interactions and games just to mention a few.
For the few years that the arm has been in existence, so many testimonies and exploits have happened where the children that were having challenges in their academics are now doing exceptionally well, young ones are preaching the Gospel and winning fellow children to Christ in their circles and so many other exploits of these children praying for the sick and getting them healed.
RFP Ministries being an interdenominational ministry, parents outside the ministry can and they are highly encouraged to bring their children to the ministry and they will be greatly helped in their upbringing just as the Bible says in Proverbs 22:6 that, “train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”
Through this arm, children are able to grow into fully mature sons and daughters of God who reveal and manifest Christ to their world at a tender age.
