This Privacy Policy explains how the Lead Hub mobile application ("Lead Hub", "the app", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use it. Lead Hub is provided to members of RFP to stream sermons and audio teachings. By using the app, you agree to the practices described below.
Information We Collect
- Account information. When you sign in, we process the email address and password associated with your member account so we can authenticate you and give you access to content. Your account may also be associated with membership details such as your position and branch within the organization.
- Listening activity. The app records your playback progress, recently played items, and play counts so you can resume where you left off and see recommendations. This information is primarily stored on your device and may be associated with your account.
- Connection status. The app checks whether your device has an active internet connection so it can tell you when you are offline. We do not collect your precise location.
Lead Hub does not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data, and does not include third-party advertising or analytics/tracking software.
How We Use Information
- To authenticate you and provide access to sermons, series, and categories.
- To remember your listening progress and personalize recommendations.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the app.
- To respond to your support requests.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
How Information Is Stored and Shared
- On your device. Content metadata, session details, and listening progress are stored locally on your device and are removed if you log out or uninstall the app.
- On our servers. Your account credentials and requests for content are transmitted to our backend service to verify membership and deliver audio. This is handled by our hosting provider on our behalf.
- We share personal information only as needed to operate the app, or where required by law. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Data Retention
We retain account information for as long as your membership is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Lead Hub is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
